Attention Upcoming Seniors (2022-2023): The Thomasville High School Yearbook Staff is already planning for the 2022-2023 Yearbook and Senior Picture Day.  Formal senior portraits will be taken on Thursday, June 16 and Friday, June 17 in the Thomasville High School gym. If you have Gifted paperwork that hasn’t been turned in yet, please bring it to the Scholars Front Office and exchange it for candy as soon as possible.

The deadline to turn in applications to volunteer at Archbold is May 2nd. Please keep in mind you have to be at least a Sophomore who is vaccinated for Covid to participate. Based on where the need is, you may be able to request anywhere from the Front Desk to Billing to the ER. Please pick up an application at the Front Desk. 

MEETINGS:

The High School Softball Team has an Interest Meeting next Thursday, May 5th at 4:00 at the THS Softball field. Tryouts will be held on May 9th-11th from 4-6 PM

Builder's Club will meet on Friday, April 29th at 3:15 in Mrs. Bennett’s CPU Lab. Please email her if you cannot make the meeting.

EVENTS:

 High School Volleyball tryouts will be May 9th-13th immediately after school in the THS Gym. Any girls interested in trying out for Volleyball need to go by Coach Fitzgerald's classroom to pick up a physical packet. 

The Thomasville Bulldogs baseball team will host Dodge County in the 1st Round of the GHSA AA State playoffs on Friday, April 29th. The Dogs and Indians will play a doubleheader on Friday, beginning at 4 PM. Should the two teams split, the deciding Game 3 will be played at 2 PM on Saturday. 

The THS Baseball Dugout club is offering free tickets to the first 50 THS students (grades 9-12) that attend the First Round on Friday. If you need tickets, they are $10 each and must be purchased through GoFan. We will have the ability to accept credit/debit cards at the gate. 

Be cool and dress like a butterfly on Friday, May 6th. Mr. Miranda (we know him as Asher’s Dad) and the Vashti Committee are trying to beat the Guiness World Record for the most people dressed like butterflies. Join them at the Ritz Amphitheatre at 5:30pm that evening to be a part of the fun!

The students will be having a Powder Puff Game on Tuesday, May 10. Freshmen/Sophomores in the afternoon and Juniors/Seniors that evening at 7pm.
