High school boys soccer tryouts will be next Monday, January 11th at 3:30 on the THS track practice field. A current physical must be turned in to the nurse before tryouts. Please contact Coach Peterson if you have any questions.
Any high school student interested in participating in track and field should attend the interest meeting next Wednesday, January 13th at 3:15pm. The meeting will be in the THS Cafeteria. You do not need a physical to attend the meeting, but you will need a current one turned in before practices begin. If you are not able to attend the meeting, please reach out to Coach Guyton by email.
Tomorrow, the HS basketball team will play against Cook County in Adel at 6:00.
On Saturday, the JV Basketball team will play at home against Worth Co. at 3:30, and the Varsity team will play at 6:00.
Seniors, there will be a FAFSA meeting next Monday at 5:30 in the THS Cafeteria. Angie Wilson will be available during the meeting for any financial aid questions you might have.
High Schoolers, it’s time to sign up for the ACT taking place on March 2nd. The cost of the exam is $42, and the payment must be given to Amy McCorkle in the SA office or Marla Newsome at THS. Students need to register by submitting the form found on the school website, and then submitting money to the front office. Registration and payment is due by January 15th. If you have not both paid and registered by then, a test will not be ordered for you. This test is only offered to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors.
