Presented by the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by TC Federal Bank, iLead is a week-long summer leadership program for rising Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors. Get a behind-the-scenes look at city/county government and businesses and develop 21st century leadership skills. Hear from community leaders to understand the challenges facing our area and collaborate with peers to design community vision plans. Participants will also receive free access to coaching from Olive Orchard designed to help youth identify and reach their goals.
Graduation from the iLead summer intensive allows access as an honorary participant in the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber's various community and leadership events throughout the following school year.
